*UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
In order to benefit from a Undergraduate Student fee, provide a confirmation of your status on an official stationery signed by the department chair or dean. **GROUPS (groups with a minimum of 5 people)

• The person representing the group must send the data of the members by e-mail (name, passport, email) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Each group member must make an individual registration by selecting the Fee for Groups (this special fee is only for the Congress, so that if any member of the group wants to participate in a workshop, the workshop will be charged separately). In case all the members of the group want to attend a workshop in addition to the congress, they should contact the conference secretariat, and we will provide you a discount coupon.



Congress Registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions (all conferences, round tables, presentation of scientific papers, and all the program of the event with the exception of workshops).
  • Attendance international certification.
  • Congress material.
  • Coffee-break (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Welcome Cocktail (Friday).
  • Access to the free activities of the Social Program.
  • Inclusion in the international register of SIMPH MEDICAL FITNESS INSTITUTE to obtain discounts in courses, workshops and international congresses developed by this Institute.

Registration fee does not include lunches. However, congress attendees can enjoy a special price in the Restaurant of CosmoCaixa. The price of the buffet is 11.50 € (VAT, drinks and coffee included).

 

PAYMENT METHODS


A. PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD/ PAYPAL
Paypal fee (3,5%) is covered by the participant. Please note that the Paypal fee is usually higher than the bank transfer charges (transfers in European Union)


B. PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
The bank fees are covered by the participant. Please, keep in mind the amount of bank fees for payments. After receiving your payment (International bank transfer takes some time) we will send a payment confirmation to you.

1. Access to the PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SECTION, select the product/s (for example: Congress or Congress + 1 workshop, etc.) and fill in the Registration Form. Immediately you will be redirected to the online payment platform Paypal.




CANCELLATIONS POLICY



Cancellations will only be accepted in justified cases of serious illness of the attendee.

Refunds will only be possible until 30 days before the event and only 50% of the value of the fee.
All refunds will be made within two weeks after the finishing of the congress.
The organizers will not assume bank charges.
After the stipulated time no cancellations or refunds are accepted.
Requests for substitution of participant must be requested by email, and only up to 30 days before the event.
The organization reserves the right to make changes in the event, due to force majeure or last minute changes. In case of cancellation of the event, participants will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
